If your item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return within 30 days from the date your order is delivered.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must be unused and kept in their original condition. Whenever possible, please include the original packaging when sending the product back. All return requests must include valid proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or transaction receipt.

Return Process

After your return request has been reviewed and approved, our customer service team will send you detailed return instructions.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. QhidFnd™ will cover return shipping only when the item arrives damaged, is defective, or the issue was caused by an error on our side.

Once we receive your returned package, we will inspect the item and notify you of the refund decision. If the refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at checkout.

Original shipping fees are usually non-refundable, except when the return is related to a mistake made by QhidFnd™.
